5. Children's Information

Our services are designed for students in Grade 10–12. In accordance with POPIA Section 35, we obtain consent from a parent or guardian before processing any personal information of a child under the age of 18. Parents and guardians may review, modify or request deletion of their child's information at any time.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Tutors: Relevant student academic information to facilitate lessons
Service providers: Hosting, payment processing, and communication tools that assist in delivering our services
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your information in accordance with POPIA requirements.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to ensure our website functions properly and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for site functionality.
